In an event held yesterday at the Puente offices in tower 4 of the World Trade Center, Puente and Codas Vuyk presented the progress of the Complejo República and Albor Apartments projects. Both developments have an investment fund managed by Puente Administratora de Fondos SA and are traded on the Asunción Stock and Products Exchange (BVA).

The Complejo República, with 162 apartments distributed in three towers and a surrounding green area of more than 9,000 square meters, is the first development of that scale in the city of Luque. The units have 1 to 3 bedrooms, a variety of amenities such as a swimming pool, barbecue area with barbecue, park and large parking spaces per tower. The work is already in the completion stage and the delivery date of the apartments is scheduled for the month of July.


The units of the República Complex, according to the available typologies, have values per square meter ranging from USD 1,150 to USD 1,350. 100% bank financing is offered in installments, with the benefit of starting to pay when you move in.



For its part, ALBOR Apartments is a premium development under construction in the Las Lomas neighborhood in Asunción. Located in a strategic area, in the corporate district of Asunción, this development will have 27 floors, 99 apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, 5 levels of garages and social areas and amenities. In addition, the building is in the process of obtaining EDGE certification, being the first large building in the area that will have this certification.


EDGE is an international sustainable construction certification that focuses on more efficient buildings and allows processes to be evaluated and strategies developed aimed at reducing consumption by 20% or more of electrical energy, water use and the energy incorporated in buildings. construction materials.This not only makes the project more sustainable, but also translates into financial savings for the end user.


In ALBOR Apartments, the value per square meter ranges from USD 1,450 to USD 1,600, depending on the dimensions and characteristics of each unit. The financing plan includes up to 50% in installments, with a percentage on delivery and the balance upon possession. In both projects there are differential proposals for investors who acquire more than one unit.
