Additionally, during the construction phase, units can be purchased with an initial down payment of 20% and interest-free installments.


Construction of the project is scheduled to begin in early 2025, with an estimated duration of 20 months. This timeline projects the delivery of units in the third quarter of 2026, marking a significant milestone in the city’s development.
