WALK 55

Last night, an architectural landmark was unveiled that promises to transform the city's skyline. Paseo 55, the tallest residential tower in Paraguay, was unveiled at a launch ceremony on Paseo La Galería. With 55 floors and an impressive height of 212 meters, Paseo 55 stands as a symbol of innovation and luxury in the Paraguayan capital.

One of the most notable features of Paseo 55 is its direct and secure connection to the Paseo La Galería shopping complex. Residents of Paseo 55 will have access to a wide range of amenities, from world-class shopping to exceptional dining options, entertainment, services, offices and much more. This direct connection provides a unique lifestyle where everything you need is at your fingertips.

Paseo 55 offers a variety of unit types that adapt to the needs of different lifestyles. From two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments to duplexes and penthouses, residents can choose the configuration that best suits their preferences and needs.

Quality is a priority at Paseo 55, and this is reflected in the high-end finishes that awaken the senses and create a unique experience for its residents. From the living spaces to the smallest details, every aspect has been carefully designed to provide unmatched luxury.

Paseo 55 is located in the center of the corporate and residential distirct of Asunción, with direct connection to Paseo La Galería. This strategic location guarantees easy access to the main areas of the city and a wide range of services and amenities.

The 55th Floor of Paseo 55 houses impressive amenities, including a high-rise swimming pool, five independent barbecue areas, a yoga deck and a panoramic view from the highest point in Asunción. On the ground floor, residents can enjoy the lobby, coworking spaces, and a beauty spa. Additionally, on the 5th Floor, there is a multipurpose room and a gym. The garden on Floor 5 offers green areas, wide paths, a children's space, a family pool and an outdoor deck.

Paseo 55 guarantees the safety of its residents with pedestrian, vehicular and differentiated service accesses, along with two exclusive pedestrian accesses to the Paseo La Galería complex. The building also features smart access control systems, CCTV monitoring and physical security to provide peace of mind to residents.

The building offers large and comfortable parking spaces, with more than 600 spaces available, including more than 30 covered parking spaces for visitors. In addition, it has a charging station for electric vehicles and a vehicle washing station. Services such as a 24-hour concierge, changing rooms with lockers for service personnel, and a waiting room for drivers ensure the comfort and well-being of residents.

The building has high-quality basic services, such as a water supply backed by its own well, electricity supply with 100% generator set coverage and fire protection systems with sprinklers and electronic detection. In addition, five high-speed elevators ensure efficient connectivity throughout the building, with Wi-Fi available in common areas and the infrastructure for telephone signal repeaters.

Behind Paseo 55 is Blue Tower Ventures Paraguay, part of Guatemala's ONYX group, which began operations in Paraguay in 2013. This group is known for being an innovator in the development of Asunción's new skyline and is proud to build the complexes most modern and innovative in the country.

Paseo 55 has assembled a team of internationally renowned designers and consultants to ensure excellence in every detail. The architectural project was carried out by SIX ARCHITECTS from Guatemala, while STO Análise e Solucões Estruturais from Brazil was in charge of the structural analysis and aerodynamics.
